James Baker

Co-Artistic Director

James is a theatre maker based in Lincoln, making work for audiences across the East-Midlands studying a Creative Arts MA at the University of Lincoln.

He was the Creative Lead of The Lincoln Company from 2023 to 2025

His practice is in contemporary postdramatic work with a focus on community, political knowledge sharing, physical performance and a keen passion for theatre for young audiences!!

Coralie Palmer

Co-Artistic Director

Coralie is an East Midlands based theatre maker and performer. She is currently studying MA Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Lincoln and is using focusing her studies on developing Sparky Sparky BOOM Theatre from emerging to established company

She was the General Manager and Co-Producer of The Lincoln Company for 2 years, leading the company in touring shows to arts festivals in the East Midlands.

Katie Seller

Marketing Manager

Katie is a theatre maker and performer with a specialism in Marketing. She is currently studying MA Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Lincoln.

She has experience marketing touring theatre performances with exciting unique marketing; dynamic posters, engaging social media campaigns and creative messaging , having been the Marketing Manager of the Lincoln Company for 2 years.
